This is the first week during the internship period. We knew the basic information about the mini sushi restaurant. The restaurant has deficit these month. Furthermore, we also started the research in the same time. At the beginning, make a project plan cannot be ignored, so we made the project management as well. Then we can control the routine and the daily responsibility step by step that we should do. Through the marketing research, we found the sushi restaurant in Denmark belong to the red ocean. In addition, there are many shortages in the e marketing area-after our user research, such as, book on line, promote on line, advertisement, etc. Our aim: We would like through the knowledge that we have learned to help them restore the prestige. According on those elements and data influenced, so we set our problem formulation like: “How to avoid the threat from Red Ocean that our sushi restaurant can get more profit?”

2. How to promote our website and product (food)?
