Busy day

I finish my job yesterday,today i show this 3 video to Wang and my persona, they all like it, i will use these video in my next few weeks.
Today MINI Sushi is very busy, too much customers are come, so today my main job is help them do the service.

Continue work for the video

Today, i asked Wang's feedback for my first video(menu for mini suhi), he like the pictures and sound. But he said if i can put this restaurant's name and telphone number,etc also in this video, it's will be perfect,so i follow this idea and do it again. After this, i did other two video(high quality,nice food)(view for the MINI Sushi). I will show it to Wang tomorrow.

Video time

Today was worked very boring and tedious, I needed to use some software to modify the picture beautify, it was a hard work. After this i made a video for their menu.

meeting with David

Today we had a meeting with David, in the meeting time David told us, how to let all the things we do in this internship time. It can help us keeping on the right way(all around the e-commerce). After the meeting i felt more clear than before, i know what is my meal job(e-design and e-communcation).

Today i still record their daily work by using photo. I will use these photoes for my tommorrow's job (make video). And tommorrow i will stay at home to do my job.

Thanks for Wang can come early today to help us do this meeting.

Field records

This week i will focus on do some video and mood broad, their are work for the next few promote weeks. Today i followed Wang to INCO, to field record hwo this MINI Sushi to purchase their raw materials. I also record their normal working condition by use photo.

Internship week2

This was the second week for my internship, and this week was a research week. I focus on marketing research part; I had ask some question about how people use the Google search engine, it’s preparation for optimize the website (SEO). I asked about the information for this MINI Sushi, also asked about their online selling. But it was hard to get totally true data, because the director said it’s a business secret, I only can record by myself. When I asked the question on facebook, it was also hard to finish, for example, I asked one question to my all the friends, totally 115 people, after 2days, only 2 people answered the question. So I changed the way, asked the customers who eat in this MINI Sushi, people were more easy to answer this by face to face.
All the research by this week was working for our internship, by get and analysis data, we can know in next few weeks, which things we need to be careful and follow this research to do some online business strategy.

Analysis marketing research

This Mini Sushi normal have around 20000 kr booking for the http://www.just-eat.dk/, 2 times discount meal put in the http://kbh.downtown.dk/, 1 time discount meal put in the http://www.sweetdeal.dk/deal/koebenhavn/thediningroom.Director Wang said he can't tell me how much numbers users booking in this two website, i think maybe for some tax reason.
They need a new part-time driver for this shop, so i help them put the information on facebook. I also make a link for the new discount website,hope can help them get more orders.

Delay

Today is my re-exam day, so i came to MINI sushi in the afternoon. I found a lot of information about this sushi market who are the same area with our shop. I also asked Wang about all the online business things for this shop.
Last week, Ying and me helped this MINI sushi contact with a new online selling food website( www.tilbudibyen.dk). Today our discount meal started, we just hope it can be a nice selling for these 6 days.

Free

Today i will stay home, because i have exam tomorrow.

Change plan

Today i got an e-mail for our supervisor:David, he told me we have blog each, not one, and we must have our own internship synopsis. But from the begining, we all did the team work together, so we need to change our project plan now, it's a big shock for us.
Any way, i still do my marketing research now. Find some informaiton from the internet.

Research time

Today we have a short meeting, we see our project management, and check all the things we actually did last week, we find we totaly follow the PM, but it's just the first week, we still need to work hard for this internship. Our research are still in progress.

They also have one Sushi cooker(part-time), one driver, one waiter, but they don't want put their pictures on my blog.

This is the first week during the internship period. We knew the basic information about the mini sushi restaurant. The restaurant has deficit these month. Furthermore, we also started the research in the same time. At the beginning, make a project plan cannot be ignored, so we made the project management as well. Then we can control the routine and the daily responsibility step by step that we should do. Through the marketing research, we found the sushi restaurant in Denmark belong to the red ocean. In addition, there are many shortages in the e marketing area-after our user research, such as, book on line, promote on line, advertisement, etc. Our aim: We would like through the knowledge that we have learned to help them restore the prestige. According on those elements and data influenced, so we set our problem formulation like: “How to avoid the threat from Red Ocean that our sushi restaurant can get more profit?”

We will follow the subject areas above:
1. How to increasing the reputation?
2. How to promote our website and product (food)?
3. What kind of market strategy will our restaurant apply in order to expand?

Research time

Today we start doing our research, Ying will more focus on the user research, and Xin will focus on the marketing research part. We write 8 questions for the user research, we ask our friends to help us translated this user surveys into Danish, because we think it's easy for the user to answer.

Online discounts meal

Today is the last day for the online discounts meal, the restaurant is very busy, so we help them to do some extra(kitchen job, customer service). Ying and me also finish our project management. Hard work today.

project management

we forgot to do the project management in the beginning,so we need to do it during today and tomorrow, hopefully we can make a clear schedule. I find a nice software:"gantt project", it could help me easily and quickly to make a nice diagram for the PM.

Background

By use this two days, we know the background for this Mini sushi, try to know how they working online and not online. The boss and all the staff are very nice, and we can eat some free sushi, so lucky!

Topic:Greeting and introduction

This is the first day of our internship. Ying and Me come to this MINI sushi restaurant together. I hope we would have a nice internship in this few weeks.
