summary

We had a short meeting on Monday, in the meeting time we found we didn’t write some basic model, theory, etc. when we were in internship in these 8 weeks, all of our work was follow these model and theory to analysis, but we forgot to write it in our blog. So this week’s main job was do some basic analysis.
First we made a Customer Journey Canvas, this tool can let us know how our persona use our product or service in her daily life. We also made persona and mood board to let our idea and e-design become easy to understand.
DNA model and experience compass theory was David taught us in the 1.sem, we used these model by looking these pictures, we know very clearly our e-design’s positioning.
Vision, mission, goal, we need to know which goal we want to get, after this, everything we did in this internship time was in order to achieve these objectives.

Vision, mission, goal,SWOT

Vision Using vision can help our restaurant to achieve the goal. It gives an aspiration image of the future that an organization is aiming to accomplish. We developed our own restaurant’s website and design the gourmet apps where people can enjoy and join the healthy sushi world. We are doing our convenient service in order to suit different levels of customer’s life style. Our vision: • To be the leading online sushi restaurant in Denmark. • Providing professional and useful website and apps, achieving reciprocity and mutual benefit Mission Mission defines the purpose of our restaurant. What task is to be done and why it should exist? Our mission aims to satisfy the purpose of the restaurant. To accomplish this, we will take the following steps: • Provide customers with the best service and food. • Satisfying various customers’ demands by low price • Giving old customers’ opportunities to evaluate our food and shared to others. Goal Our goal is to satisfy our customers and help mini sushi restaurant get more profit. Objectives are similar to goals but are being stated in more concrete statements describing what the project is trying to achieve.
SWOT Analysis



Why we use SWOT: SWOT Analysis is a powerful technique for understanding our Strengths and Weaknesses and for looking at the Opportunities and Threats we face in mini sushi restaurant.
Strengths: • Being the pioneer of the online sushi restaurant enhance the good reputation in Denmark, which in turn gives it more creditability from the consumer’s point of view. • Better booking service for customers, achieving reciprocity and mutual benefit • Perfect system operation • Fresh and healthy life concept Weaknesses: • Lack of enough deposit, cannot afford much higher technique cost • Red ocean influence
Opportunities: • Many “ group on company” would like cooperate with mini sushi restaurant • A great chance to improve the reputation in many ways. • Apps of social design would widely our sushi market meanwhile increase the profit • Our social media can attract the potential customers and it more suitable customers’ life.
Threats: • Cultural barriers, anyway, we are not in Asian, not all the people like rice and seafood. • We face competition from other sushi restaurant and fluctuation in the usage or membership due to variation in utility. • The orders are much more than before when we joined the a few group on companies, the employees is not enough. • The position is very important on the first list of website and apps; otherwise, customer would ignore it.

DNA model and experience compass

When we improved this Mini Sushi's online business and designed a new mobile apps, we used some model and theory to analiysis it. But we forgot to write these model and theory on the word document, so we wrote it today.

Persona and mood board

We found we didn't write our persona and mood board, so today our main job was to do these things.
Today Mini Sushi had a very big order: 25 parts menu 2 for 50 person on 12am, we came here early to help them finish their order.

Customer Journey Canvas

Today Yin and I made a Customer Journey Canvas of our persona:Nina


We asked the feedback from the mobile apps model video, and we found coustomers are not very clear what we want to show them, so we made a new video and researched again, it's much better now.
